What is different from 2.2A version:

1. LED RUN is properly working now.
2. Commands DATA, INLINE, INTERRUPT allow three form numeric representation: DEC,HEX,BIN.
3. BASINT within ATMEGA32 can operate with matrix keypad and symbol LCD.
4. These coomands KEYINIT, LCDINIT were added to initialize hardware.
5. The function of switching I/O channels CHN() was added.
